Hilton Sorrento Palace Hotel, Sorrento

The hotel offers outstanding panoramic views, spacious and light rooms. I opted for a room with a separate bedroom for my kids and enjoyed a great sea view with a large balcony to appreciate the scenery. However, the service had some issues with forgotten orders, but the staff was super friendly and even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our Anniversary. The location was superb, just a short walk from the lively town center, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and proximity to attractions. The dining experience was pleasant with a variety of options, though some food was lukewarm. The facilities were well-kept and added to the overall comfort of the stay.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with all necessary facilities for a short stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially standout members like Guiseppe, Matteo, Francesso, Antonio, Elena, Mario, Lucia, and Valeria. The location offered a nice view of the city and Mount Vesuvias, but afternoon sun exposure was limited. The dining was good, albeit small in size, and the self-made fresh orange juice was a highlight. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and convenient, making for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel in Sorrento offers warm rooms with a pleasant garden view, super clean, large bathroom, and a great view. The location in Southern Italy atop a hill provides stunning views of Vesuvius, but guests may face a challenge controlling their air conditioning. The dining experience with a vast selection of food was superb although the Thai dishes were a highlight. A top positive point is the outstanding location with a great-sized pool and plenty of sunbeds, while the downside includes the need for a courtesy bus due to expensive taxis for short commutes.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were some of the best I've ever experienced, spacious, and clean with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at the pool bar restaurant. The location couldn't be better for panoramic views overlooking Sorrento. The dining was exceptional, offering a large selection with a beautiful view. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor drawbacks.

However, there was a slight issue with the service efficiency at times. The location was nice with a pretty view of the city and Mount Vesuvias, though it was a bit crowded. Dining was superb, especially the fresh orange juice maker, and the facilities were top-notch.
